Tomorrow's Food wrote back in May 2010 about Grant Achatz restaurant called NEXT that was due to open this year. Well it's open. People are bidding $3000 for a chef's table. The menu is going to change every three months to a different era and different type. Currently the menu is based on Paris circa 1906.
