Chef Daniel Boulud

So Daniel Boulud is opening May 15th at Mandarin Oriental in London. French menu with a good selection of Charcuterie, NPD teams should be crawling all over it.
Gilles Verot's Pates and Terrines will be made under his direction, famous in his own right. He owns Verot the famous Parisian Charcuterie.
