As previously mentioned in Tomorrowsfood blog Alan Yau is pushing ahead with his plans for world domination.
Despite having made around £50m from the sale of various business's he still ploughs on. He see's a big trend in the rise of luxury food brands similar to those that happened with luxury fashion brands.
At the other end of the spectrum Yau is still pushing ahead with a concept that he claims will take on Mc Donald's, due to launch in two years time in London, then rolling out in China. plans are already under way.
